Hi I have a problem suddenly with 1 of my social accounts. it says NO LONGER SCANNING. I have deleted and added again and still same message. Fan page have not made any restriction modifications.
Some pages get deleted, change names or permissions - these are usually the case for the Not scanning state. Can you provide a link for that page so we can re-add it to scanning ?
Fixed the page and ran a scan so we make sure we have all the data

Hi, I get the following notification:
The page was not scanned fully for this interval. Data is incomplete.
It’s about the facebook page in the link, it only shows 1 post in the dashboard, even if they post like 10 times a month.
Found the problem - it’s posting with custom audiences.
We will mark it correctly and gather the data for it. Should be in the dashboard in not more than an hour.
