While Facebook doesn’t let you get the fan list of a page through the API, what we do is very simple - we get the list of Facebook users that interact with the page by reactions or comments.
This list, you can sort it by type of engagement (e.g., only comments or only sad reactions), and you can download it.
Although you do not have the guarantee that someone who engaged with a page’s post is a fan of the page, we made some little manual tests on different scenarios and found out that around 90% to 95% of those users are also fans of the page.
When you download the file - this file contains the name of the fan, the url of his / her profile and stats about what interactions they made.
It does not contain email addresses - Facebook is very very strict with PII.
